Fenando nodded his thanks, it was easier to have a name to call him as opposed to just referring to him as 'man' or 'stranger'.
'No,' he agreed, 'such petty creatures they are, probably can't even spell their own name.' he muttered critically.
The elf continued to walk up the stairs, yanking the man just before each level to ensure he got a good, genuine thump.
'500 brain cells, 1000 brain cells, 1500 brain cells, 2000 brain cells...' he mumbled as he walked up each step.
He laughed sadistically as Wellby began tormenting the man even more.
'Hey, you're not so bad!' he laughed as he hauled their captive over the last step, wincing as he heard the distinct crunch of ribs.
Fernando persisted to drag the man over the rough floor until they reached their given room where he pulled out the key and unlocked it, kicking the door open.
He totally dismissed the idea of being humane, and instead tied the man's feet to his hands behind his back with the rope he'd threatened them with earlier.
Despite Wellby's size he looked fairly strong, so he decided to get his help.
'Hey, can you hold the man up while I attach him to the broken fan on the roof?' he asked, smiling with a glint in his eye.
