Wellby walked in to what they called the bar. He had heard the drinks here were good, and full of influential ingredients. He felt it was time to see if they were influential to his body or mind at all.

He went to the counter and asked for a drink. Before he could lift it to his mouth he was distracted by a person falling off of a table.

He rushed over and stared. Wellby asked in an intimidating voice. "Who do you think you are?"

Loyal sat on the ground, rubbing his back. He stared back up, looking at the drunk man trip over and fall asleep right on the floor. He was just about to get up from the hit of the drunkard when a face came into his view.

"I am a person who just toppled off my chair thanks to a drunk man. How about you?" He grinned, replying to the question, not intimidated at all.

Finally he managed to stand up, brush himself down before turning to the rather small man. "How are you today?" He smiled, staring at the drunk man snoozing away on the floor before sighing.

"I am one who needs time to relax, though I might have come to the wrong place for that!", Wellby spat.

Opportunity seemed to be knocking at his door. Wellby couldn't resist to answer.

"I am tired. How about you?" Wellby raised an eyebrow.

Loyal grinned. "Then relax! This place is noisy but you can still relax." Loyal answered, pointing at an empty seat. He strode over and pulled the chair out. "Want to sit?"

The Sorcerer then walked around the table and sat down himself. "Not really. I came in here for a drink and instead, I meet a drunkard." He shrugged. "Gotta love life." He sniggered.

Wellby did not ease his tenseness. He walked back to where he was before, retrieved his drink, and came back.

"Yes, I would, in fact." He sat down.

He took a sip. 'Not bad.' he thought.

"Ah, life. It does treat you well sometimes doesn't it?" he asked.

Loyal looked at the male before he asked his question. "You seem new to this place...are you?" He grinned before introducing himself. "My name is Loyal Esperance, some call me Esper."

"Life, good and bad...mostly good for me." He laughed, stretching his arms. "Is it good for you?"

He knew that this man was different from the others within this bar and himself. This man had magic, but and different, darker sort of magic within him. Loyal couldn't help but ask. "Erm...are you a magic-user? I'm a Sorcerer myself."

"I am called Minon here." Wellby said without a blink, almost mechanically.

"So far, not at all."

It was then he realized his mug was drained. He pulled a lady aside and asked for more, before looking at Loyal.

He shook his thoughts away at the question. "Why yes. I do use magic. Quite a thrill, isn't it?"
