Cressida narrowed her eyes at the robot and smirked, "I think that would be wise as well," diverting her attention to Ludevec with a smug smile.

"Right..." she nodded. This made no sense to her at all. What he did, didn't concern her. She had enough troubles as it was already.

"Ooh" she mocked, raising her hands in defence, the blades slotted into her hair. "Get in your way of what?" Cressida asked curiously.

"I hate it when others get in the way of my plans...." he answered back loathingly, still glaring at her. "I'm not giving up until Amy's dead.."

Minibot groaned silently to himself. His master was being stubborn again, as usual. If he kept this up, he predicted that both of them would start aiming blades at each other again.

Cressida looked at him strangely, "Right... That is some weird.... stuff... for a 15 year old.." she finally managed.

Taking her blades from her hair, she twirled them experimentally, "So ... why don't you just go away, and search ... Amy, instead of sitting in my spot," Cressida finished rudely, looking pointedly at him.

She didn't like Ludevec's arrogant behaviour. Sooner or later, someone would take care of it, and bless her if it was her.

"I may be 15, but I'm not normal for a human...." he growled back. "I'm not leaving here because I don't have time to be looking for her now; its almost evening. Its your choice if you want to leave.....but I'm staying here for the night."

"Not normal?" Cressida raised an eyebrow, "Yeah we can see that," she said sarcastically. "Well I'm staying here also," she replied stubbornly, not put off.

She crossed her arms, and stood glaring at him. Cressida knew this was slightly childish, but if this... git was going to get in her way, she was going to make it harder for him.

"What the hell is that anyway?" her eyes indicating the robot.

Minibot looked at her skeptically. She couldn't tell what he was?

"What do you think he is?!" Ludevec snapped back heatedly, "He's supposed to be a spider! The only difference between him and a real spider is that he has claws in the front, two big eyes, and he's three feet tall. You're lucky he's harmless; he won't even hurt a fly."

Minibot just tried to look as cute as he could, but Ludevec suddenly glared at him in a pointed way, and he lost the expression instantly. Minibot had the tendency to be more innocent and cute than he looked, and that was usually by accident. He couldn't help being cute, because that was the way Ludevec had created him.....when he was only five.

Cressida took a step back, slightly shocked. Gathering her composure she retorted, "Even if he wasn't harmless I would have knocked him down in one go," looking at the robot dangerously with a smirk.

"How many worlds are there?" she suddenly asked after a long awkward silence. After Izak's and Jacqueline's conversation, she wanted to know the answer. Amy was from another world, who happened to bring another person.

Amy also said he was a genius, so Cressida thought it was quite relevant.

"I wouldn't say that...." Ludevec smirked, "Minibot does pretty well in bad situations...."

Minibot just gave a dangerous, but still cute look at this.

"There are at least four other worlds that I know at the moment, considering Amy is known to disappear into one of them every often," Ludevec added to her question, "Unfortunately, each one of those four worlds is an ally to Amy..."

Cressida raised an eyebrow at the news. "Right... Has everything got to be revolved around her? You might as well get married to her, then you're joined forever," she said dryly.

Turning away to survey the lake, she asked, "You're on your own then? With your ... robots.. What's it like to be alone, where no one understands you?" turning round to face him again.

Cressida searched his face for any emotions, any reactions that he made, even slightly...

Ludevec instantly recoiled, blushing a little at her first remark. Married to Amy?! That idiotic airhead?! He would rather be caught dead!

"Like I said," he finally growled back, recovering his icy composure again. This girl was starting to get on his nerves again. "Killing her is the first thing on my list at the moment."

"I've always been alone..." he answered calmly, looking away shyly for the first time since he came across this girl. "At least since I was eleven. I used to have a little sister....until I killed her by accident last year...."

He paused, not sure if he wanted to go on. Frankly, he hated it when a topic like this was suddenly brought up. "No one's ever understood me....I've always been known as an outcast."
