Cressida smirked at Ludevec's reaction, laughing inside.

"You killed her?" a face of shock adorned on her face. She stepped back, and looked at him with shocked fascination.

Gaining a serious face again, she paused, and listened to him. "You're not the only one there..." Cressida muttered softly, casting her gaze across the lake.

"Have you ever wished you could change the past?"

((...wow, the mood of this conversation has really changed now))

Ludevec hesitated, glancing at her reaction for a moment and then looked away again. "I've always had that disposition of being hot-headed, since my parents died. I can't help it; it's like a bad habit. I didn't mean to kill my sister, I just lost control. Amy had taunted me too much, and I was aiming for her, but my sister was helping her because she didn't like my plans. She had pushed Amy away and let the blade take her. Everyone picked on Liza and I since our parents died. That's the reason why I want to invade. No one ever treated me right..."

He broke off again, hesitating. Minibot was looking at him, then back at the girl, and back at him. Their tone had suddenly changed from glaring at each other....to what sounded like they were actually understanding each other. It was kind of awkward.

"I wish I could change the past, but that's impossible for anyone, even for a genius...."

"Ah right..." Cressida replied, understanding the situation... "It's not as bad as I thought..."

"Yeah..." she murmured, sighing sadly.

"I kind of understand why you're doing this.... I see murderers and hear about rapists... and wonder why they do it... Your hate must be pretty strong huh?"

Pausing and thinking of something to say, she asked, "You going to tell me your plan? Or am I the enemy?" Cressida smirked.

"It's not murders that I hate...." he replied, still looking away. "My parents weren't murdered....they were killed in a fire. After that, my life went down hill. Both my sister and I were teased and left out when we were at an orphanage because we didn't have any living relatives. No one ever understood what I really was....they never understood my ability or my sister's. That's what I hate the most."

He hesitated, thinking. Maybe he could tell her his plan?

"Well, it depends on how you look at it," he answered as he faced her again, suddenly changing into his usual intellectual mood, "I could care less if you're against me once I tell you. I don't want to kill anyone for no reason, unless I see you as a threat."

"First off, I've tried to use Amy's magic before in the past to extend the odds a bit in my favor so everything in my overall plan is flawless when I start to invade. Unfortunately, that didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. So that's why I resorted to trying to kill her. My opinion is that without her, her little Race won't survive. She's their strongest, even if she acts like an idiot. That's the next move for me to make is getting rid of her Race once she's dead. After that, everything in my world is pretty defenseless, which means it will be easy to invade......."

He went silent again, waiting for her answer. He was starting to understand this girl now. And if he didn't know better, he had a feeling she felt the same way about their pasts.

Cressida nodded, "I kind of understand," she said.

"Invade what?" Curiousity getting the better of her.

"That's... logic..." searching for the word.

She sighed. There was a person who understood her, and also went through the same thing as her.. kind of... But he was a world apart, literally. Cressida shook her head slowly, "When are you going to leave this world?"

Ludevec looked at her strangely at her question. "My world! What else is there to invade?!"

"I'll probably leave once I find Amy, or once she goes back...it'll be easier to kill her there than here...."

"Your world? So you want to be God?" she raised an eyebrow, not understanding what Ludevec was trying to say. "Invade your country, or the whole world?"

"Right... " Cressida paused and thought about it.

"I don't understand why you would want to do it. At the age of 15 as well... It's just... outlandish..." she finally managed.

"What?! God?! Of course not! I don't even believe in that...." he exclaimed. "I rather invade each part of my world one step at a time..."

"I know its weird for my age, but the only reason why I want to invade is because no one ever treated me right. They never saw who I really was.....I just want the right respect as a genius..."

Cressida sighed and shook her head, "Just so you know... this is a totally bogus idea, not to mention it probably won't work."

"That's just.. stupid... I mean, not everyone is like that... Life isn't fun, I know that, but still..." she tailed off, not having a clue what she was going on about.

"That's a bit... You're only 15 and you think no one will ever treat you right again. You have like... 70 more years! Why take your revenge now?"

Cressida sighed again, "You planning on taking over this world as well?"

"I know it won't work....which is why I tried to use Amy's magic before. In order to make my plan flawless, I have to use magic. She is the only one in my world with it...."

He suddenly glared at her at her other answer. "I want to gain that respect quickly. I can't wait for so long...."

Minibot groaned again. Now his creator was being impatient again......
